Oman’s Maritime Security Centre stated that its navy evacuated 25 crew members from the Panamanian-flagged merchant ship Riti after it was targeted and caught fire. The statement noted that the crew received medical care. Concurrently, Iran reported that three oil tankers were halted while crossing the Strait of Hormuz.
