US Central Command reported that US forces disabled a St. Kitts-flagged commercial vessel in the Gulf of Oman after it ignored warnings and attempted to leave the region following a visit to an Iranian port. The command stated that US forces have been enforcing a naval blockade on Iran in and around the Strait of Hormuz for months.

Additionally, the US military struck the M/V Huda after it ignored warnings near Iran and attempted to breach a blockade.
