Ship fuel prices in Singapore, the world’s largest bunkering hub, have risen to their highest level since April amid reports of a supply squeeze.

The Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum is scheduled to be held in Moscow on October 28–29. This announcement confirms the planned dates for the event, which focuses on economic and humanitarian cooperation between Russia and African nations.
