The Russian president added that a declaration on a Russia-Africa partnership in the use of artificial intelligence will be adopted at the conclusion of the summit

Putin stated that national authorities should influence the operation of social networks within their states. He cited France as an example, noting that French authorities acknowledged non-sovereign platforms were fueling unrest while the government had almost no ability to influence their operations.

Putin stated that only Russia currently operates low-capacity nuclear power plants. He claimed that no other foreign competitor has yet practically developed small power plants.
