A United Nations-appointed Independent International Commission of Inquiry stated that Israeli authorities have continued to commit war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem and Israel, despite a ceasefire agreement.

The panel also reported that 75,000 Palestinians have been killed.
