Russian envoy to Vienna Yulia Zhdanova stated that Britain intends to continue fighting by proxy on foreign soil. She noted that in mid-October, the British Ministry of Defense organized a three-day command-post exercise for its medical command involving more than 100 representatives of the armed forces.
