Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko stated that foreign student enrollment at Russian medical universities increased by 90%. He reported that institutions under the Health Ministry enrolled 11,500 students in secondary vocational programs and more than 31,500 in bachelor’s, specialist, and master’s degree programs.
