Mohammad Meshkinfam, the CEO of the National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company, stated that Iran’s oil storage facilities are 80% restored. He added that petroleum product pumping facilities are approximately 60% complete and that fuel supplies to Tehran were restored within two weeks of attacks on the Rey oil depot.
