Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told a DW journalist not to believe Ukrainian officials. In response to a question regarding Moscow's preference for a phone call over a face-to-face meeting, Lavrov stated that Vladimir Putin had repeatedly expressed his readiness to meet with Vladimir Zelensky in Moscow.
