According to Anadolu, UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric stated on Wednesday that Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is concerned about reports of renewed overnight fire exchanges between the US and Iran, including alleged civilian casualties and a strike on a wedding ceremony.

The UN called for an immediate cessation of military action and adherence to international humanitarian law, noting that regional airspace and shipping routes remain significantly impacted.
